Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders to Canada, the United States, selected European countries - including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, and Sweden - and Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Rates

Canada: Free shipping is available on Canadian orders of $89 CAD and above. For orders below this amount, a standard Canadian shipping rate of $11.99 CAD applies

United States: For U.S. orders, we offer Standard U.S. Shipping & Customs Handling.

Orders below $89 USD are charged a flat rate of $28.99 USD.

Orders of $89 USD and above are charged a reduced flat rate of $14.99 USD.

Duties, tariffs, and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Our U.S. shipping rate includes the applicable courier brokerage fee. Any duties, tariffs, and import taxes are determined by the destination country and are not set, controlled, or retained by Everbond Gifts.

Selected European Countries:  Orders shipped to selected European countries are charged a flat rate of $49.00 CAD for international shipping and customs handling.

Duties, VAT, import taxes, and tariffs may be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Our European shipping rate includes the applicable courier brokerage fee. Any duties, VAT, import taxes, and tariffs are determined by the destination country and are not set, controlled, or retained by Everbond Gifts.

Oceania:Orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand are charged a flat rate of $69.00 CAD for international shipping and customs handling.

Duties, GST, import taxes, and tariffs may be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Our Oceania shipping rate includes the applicable courier brokerage fee. Any duties, GST, import taxes, and tariffs are determined by the destination country and are not set, controlled, or retained by Everbond Gifts.

Processing and Delivery Times

Canada: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and are typically delivered within 3 - 7 business days after processing.

United States: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and are typically delivered within 5 - 8 business days after processing.

Selected European Countries: Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and are typically delivered within 7 - 12 business days after processing.

Oceania:Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and are typically delivered within 7 - 12 business days after processing.

Additional Information

Shipping times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses or locations outside major city areas may require additional transit time due to limited delivery schedules and extended routing.

Depending on your order, this may include a gift bag with decorative tissue paper and gift tag, or a Signature Gift Wrap Kit with gift wrap, ribbon, gift tag, and “Special Delivery” sticker or seal.

A: Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
