Refund Policy
Introduction: At Everbond Gifts, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy for information on how to return an item and request a refund.
Returns:
We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered to your shipping location—whether it’s received by you, left at the designated mailbox or receiving area, held at the post office, or accepted on your behalf by someone in your household. Additionally, we provide a 30-day period for exchanges or store credit on all regularly priced items, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: We will accept returns of unused and undamaged items within their original packaging and condition. Returns that are used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@everbond.ca. with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Everbond Gifts is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for a refund, credit, or exchange. However, if the item was received damaged or defective, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were shipped or for items that are missing parts.
- Non-Refundable Items: Personalized gifts, sale or clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at returns@everbond.ca.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time has passed, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@everbond.ca.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@everbond.ca. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may have already been processed and shipped.
